I started playing drums 15 years ago, when my neighbors gifted my twin sister and I with their old drum set as a present for our 5th birthday. Soon after, we began taking drum lessons, with my sister Arden switching to learn guitar a few years later.
We began performing in a band with other artists around our age, and eventually Arden and I became a band all on our own. Double Identity has been performing in and around the Chicagoland area for over a decade, playing shows with various artists such as Drake Bell (Nickelodeon’s Drake and Josh) and Marina City. We released our debut EP, Small Talk, in 2018. A single, Everything Reminds Me of You, followed in 2019. We are set to release new music later this year.
