I am currently in the process of creating a PR guide for authors that provides tips on how to promote their books. The guide is meant to assist both indie and traditionally published authors who are looking to do their own PR. The tips and best practices outlined in the guide come from my experience in working with authors in both publicist and blogger roles. Some of the content provided in the guide will be explanations on how to compile media lists and how to write pitches to bloggers, complete with examples.
